Blu is a healthcare strategy and transformation specialist with over fifteen years’ experience across professional services, regional health systems, hospitals and health tech. He has led large‑scale digital and operational change programmes, including first‑of‑type electronic health record implementations, national mental health services, and urgent care redesign.

Before moving into consulting, Blu held senior operational roles in urgent and emergency care, leading 600+ staff and a £30m portfolio. He has scaled telemedicine and virtual care, improved patient flow, and helped systems reduce avoidable admissions by joining up ambulance, mental health, primary and community services.

Blu also serves as a Non‑Executive Director for a health tech start‑up focused on early detection and treatment for people with long‑term neurological conditions. He holds Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP certifications, and has completed programmes in organisational development, leadership and governance.
