Dr Ashraf is a GP Partner, CCIO, and Medical Director with a distinguished track record of delivering digital transformation and operational improvement across primary and community care. His work sits at the intersection of clinical practice and technological innovation, focusing on how AI, automation, and interoperability can be harnessed to redesign care models that improve access, quality, and the day-to-day experience of the healthcare workforce.

A recognised leader in the digital health space, Dr Ashraf advises global consultancies, health tech companies, and GCC organisations on digital strategy and clinical workflow. He is particularly skilled at bridging the gap between technical solutions and frontline clinical needs, ensuring that new tools from ambient AI to scalable digital platform are adopted in ways that truly reshape healthcare delivery.

Dr Ashraf is a regular speaker at national and international conferences, where he shares insights on clinical leadership and the future of digital health. He is currently completing an Executive MBA at UCL, further refining the strategic and leadership skills required to support health systems and companies operating at a national and international scale.
