Nisha Patel is an accomplished operations and project delivery leader with extensive experience across the NHS, primary care, and community pharmacy sectors. As Director of Operations, she oversees the end-to-end delivery of consultancy programmes spanning transformation management, organisational development, leadership and workforce development, event and programme delivery as well as strategic implementation.
With over a decade of experience supporting complex healthcare systems, Nisha has led and operationalised large-scale projects across London, including innovative programmes for Community Pharmacy Southwest London, regional Training Hubs and NHS organisations such as Brent CCG and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
Known for her structured, methodical approach and exceptional organisational capability, Nisha ensures programmes move seamlessly from concept to delivery embedding measurable outcomes and long-term sustainability. Her work bridges strategy and execution, supporting system partners to deliver meaningful transformation in patient care, workforce capability, and operational excellence.
